Rockstar movie review

It’s been quite a while that I’ve written. … in fact none of the instances recently were inspiring enough to compel me to the state of feeling for writing.
It doesn’t mean life recently has been any lesser. In fact I’ve witnessed quite a few facts that I till now had only wondered about; things like Fear, Fantasy and ability of Facing the truth. I’ve really been blessed and lucky that I’m still Sane and Ready for taking things Head-on. The courage only comes when you genuinely feel that you can never be involved in something that the Almighty doesn’t want you to be in. Very complex feeling as they say …
Jo bhi mai kehna chahun.. barbaad kare; alfaz mere!

Yes, the inspiration to write something has come from the Movie; Rockstar.

For me; who’s never been related in any possible terms with the movie making Industry, movies (or even books that are always inspiration to motion pictures) have always been a thing to watch, get entertained and analyze if the expenses were worthwhile. Then there were a few that provoked me to think of something that I rarely thought or knew about; a bonus that I take home. But these were all, till now.

Watching Rockstar has provided me with a third dimension; a different Take-home. The finest form of one’s own life. Think of your best interest and you shall live another day without dying. And so you live-on, despite pain, grievances, anxiety and anticipation…

Actually I’ve been closely watching the progression since the Inception and the announcement made by Mr. Imtiyaz Ali. I’ve been listening to the music since last three months. A rare situation; where I waited weeks for the music launch, and maybe I was among the first few who got it when it was made available. The album seriously grows on you. But to like it more, you will have sure learn a few very interesting thing. You’ll know about it if you have touched and even slightly liked it. It really grows on you…

Kun fayakun!!

The Music is a treat in itself, and it surely brought me to a level where I started looking forward to the movie.. and when it really happened an entire week was spent just thinking of managing time to get to watch.. Finally yesterday it happened. And I’ve been in a complete trance since then. It has happened probably for the first time in my life that I’ve actually meditated with the movie.
Speaking more of the movie and moviemaking process I suggest it being second  only o the RDB in terms of awesome screenplay and editing. The Intensity is to the extent that you miss the entire intent of the movie the moment you even blink. A rare thing in usual Bollywood. Rockstar is a compact movie with a powerhouse performance from RK. …and that’s it, as far as my critique is concerned. I’ll not delve into how others have performed, because the protagonist has so much influenced me that I totally got-in with him. It’s a Journey of Jordan and I went-on (..and I still am travelling; beyond the closing credits) along with him. As a matter of fact I don’t really care for the crowd moving along; I’ve been like that, always.

Thank you team Rockstar for taking me back to my writing. God bless us all!!
