My Intro to Adventure Sports

I always had a dream to go close to nature without falling in a kind of Solitude.

...getting introduced to Trekmates straightaway did that for me. Thanks! Varun, it was you who deserved a pat for my voila!!

It all started with my intro to a group to which one of my colleague Prabir was already a part of.. (how lucky it really is to be with your buddies even after you complete your studies and continue to your work-life; that too in one of the best paying Industry, i.e, IT services--God bless America!!!) I really miss my friends and those days when we had a share of all kind of adventures that, till the time we experienced, were just a fantasy!

Enough history! So, here I'm, planning a trip with a group of complete strangers. I quickly scanned through the existing contacts who could be with me for my comfort..got just one (getting him is another story alltogether) Mr. Sunil Mishra. Thank you buddy for agreeing... So, after a long long time I spent sufficient time with (.. otherwise one of the most hated tool I possess) my Mobile Phone. Now I understand what a good use of materialistic possession is all about! So, here is everything arranged and I shoot for the trip with 16 other guys and gals from Pune. Around 40 more would be joining us from Bombay..(any objections..coz I like it better than Mumbai).

The Location is VihiGaon; a small village near Kasara Ghat en route to Mumbai-Nasik Highway.

Long Story cut-short..It was one of those experiences that will remain with me for my life-time.. One regret however, is that, I was not there with my pals. May be that's what lyf is all about.. Moving-on!!

Ye Duniya..Hai isme kitne Jhol!!

The essence of Leadership has got so lost in the current scenario that everything has become materialistic and green-back driven. All what matters is how much do you earn and how do you flaunt it. All affairs of Heroism has become a matter of media attention and so short-lived. We are running, not because it's our hobby rahter because it's necessary for keeping us going.

Be it the 'Babudom' in the govt. sector or the 'work driven culture' in the private domain, what matters most is how well are you able to influence people up the order, and is least about how good you really are at what you do. In such a scenario the essence and meaning of a LEADER losses its relevance...

PS: This comes from my own experience, so far. People around have actually become so narrow and mean that they can just not think beyond their own-self. Leave the talk of accountability. All that prevails is back-biting and selfishness. Not that I'm paranoid, more so because my experience says so.. Disappointing!!

Change Vs Stability

Stability is an antonym to Change. or is dat so..??
Change is synonymous to Growth, and Growth almost signifies Stability (and that can be appliable to both Individual and Business Context).

SO, the conclusion is change is Stability and both are equally important till the time there is a degree of congruence between the TWO.
We change constantly in our life, sometimes for good and sometimes for worse (..if your can understand the context). We need to stablize (that accounts for a change..ain't it??) in times when we are going down. And if you are not thinking about stability all the time, then you are not gonna improve (again a change...!!!). Stabilty is nothing but a BALANCE AMONG THE CHANGES and this is the funniest part of the story.
PS: Taking reference from my Chemistry days.. All that are stable remain so, till they do not reach a threshold..Otherwise nothing exist, that can be categorised as Stable!! (not even the ARGONONs). CHANGE IS THE NAME OF THE GAME!!
