This post takes inspiration from here Stability is an antonym to Change. or is dat so..?? Change is synonymous to Growth, and Growth almost signifies Stability (and that can be appliable to both Individual and Business Context). SO, the conclusion is change is Stability and both are equally important till the time there is a degree of congruence between the TWO. We change constantly in our life, sometimes for good and sometimes for worse (..if your can understand the context). We need to stablize (that accounts for a change..ain't it??) in times when we are going down. What is it, when I look back and observe things in light of my upgraded intelligence (with an assumption that age make things getting better; just like wines..!!!), I always feel I was constrained by circumstances more than just once...
